3. Geniki Taxidromiki’s representative will arrive to you within the next 48 hours to pick up your parcel.

By filling out the return form you received with your parcel, you can return your product quickly by following these simple steps:

1. Fill in the form and place it in the box following the product you wish to return to JD Sports. 

2. Visit one of your nearest 250+ Geniki Taixdromiki branches in order to complete your product return.

   

Return to a JD Sports Store!

Are you near a JD Sports store? Returns are just as easy!

1. Visit your nearest JD Sports store, with the product you want to return followed by the receipt.

2. Choose the tour new fit’ you want to exchange.

3. Continue to the checkout point and pay the amount difference between both prices.

  

Returning Options.

Choose a different size

Your new order (free of shipping cost in Greece) will be registered as soon as your return is approved by the team. In case the size you requested is no longer available, you will be informed!

  

Return voucher

Your return coupon/voucher will be sent to you as soon as your return is approved, via email as well as an sms, after you fill it in the section "Do you have a return or discount coupon?" in the last step of registering your new order. Don’t forget to press redemption!

Refund

ONLINE/PRINT FORM

As soon as your return is approved you will receive an sms / email with further information. When your refund is completed you will receive an sms by our accounting department.

  

IN STORE

If you received from a JD store then you can return your product to the same store with the proof of purchase in order to complete your refund, according to the payment method.
