Can I return a product to a JD Sports physical store?

Come say hi! Visit your nearest JD Sports store accompanied by the product you want to return and receipt of purchase. Our JD team is always available to help you pick your new product or help you proceed with a return coupon!

The products should be in their original condition and you will be asked for the corresponding purchase receipt.

Underwear as well as socks are not returned for hygienic reasons.

If I cannot visit a store how can I make a refund?

Fill out the return form, call your local Geniki Taxidromiki Courier store & continue with the return process.

If I have lost or thrown out the product return form what can I do?

In this case, please print again the product return form, by clicking here. If you don't have access to print it out, please contact our JD team!

Unfortunately returns can not be accepted without the form completed.

How do I return the products back to your company?

From Greece: Call or visit your nearest of 250+ Geniki Taxydromiki Post Office. Continue the return proccess at our own cost and fill in the following address: jdsports.gr, THESI MAGOULA/MELISSIA, ASPROPYRGOS, P.O. 19300. Phone: 2811 808 889

In the case of shipment with another courier company, the costs are charged to the sender.

Can I return just part of my order?

Of course, just fill in the product return form you received with your order.

Returns will not be accepted without the form filled in.

How much time do I have to return a product?

All online orders can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

How can I choose another product?

• Visit your nearest JD Sports store!

• I you are not able to visit a JD stroe, your product can be returned from your home/office/anywhere else or picked up from your nearest 250+ Geniki Taxidromiki Post Office. Select an "other product" and pack the product(s) along with the return form filled in. Call your Geniki Taxidromiki Post Office and use the address: jdsports.gr, THESI MAGOULA/MELISSIA, ASPROPYRGOS, P.O. 19300, Phone: 2811 808 889 so that as soon as we receive it and approve your return, we can refund its value (any shipping costs of your order are not refunded). Choose a company that provides the possibility of tracking the course of your parcel!

In the case of shipment with another courier company, the costs are borne by the sender.

How do I change the size?

How do I get the return coupon?

The return coupon is a voucher that you will receive via e-mail and / or sms when we receive the product you wish to return and we approve it.

• For online orders you will receive the coupon via e-mail and / or sms.

• If the order was made via phone then you will receive the return coupon via sms on the contact phone you gave us when you placed your order.

How do I use the return coupon?

• In the last step of checkout, enter your coupon code in the field on the Step 3 of checkout and then click on "Redemption".

• If the order is made via phone / Facebook / Instagram / email / contact form then please call our JD team to use the return voucher code you have received.

I requested a return coupon and as soon as I received it, I changed my mind and prefer a refund. What should I do?

Please contact our JD team to cancel your coupon and proceed with the refund process. Refunds are made according to the payment method:

• If you have paid by cash-on-delivery the money is refunded by bank deposit.

• If you have paid by Klarna, credit / debit card, PayPal, Apple/Google pay then the money is returned in the corresponding way.

Will I be charged shipping costs on the new order I place using the return coupon?

Your new order will be registered with free shipping cost. After the entering and successfully redeeming the return coupon, the free shipping will occur.

Does the return coupon have an expiration date?

No! You can use it whenever you want.

Can I request a refund instead of a coupon?

Of course you can! By completing the corresponding option in the product return form.

If you pay by cash, fill in your account details in the corresponding fields in the product return form.

How do I get the money back?

It is based on the method of payment:

• If you have paid by cash-on-delivery the money is refunded by bank deposit.

• If you have paid by credit / debit card, PayPal, Apple/Google pay then the money is returned in the corresponding way.

When will my money be returned?

We make every effort to return your money as quickly as possible and the process is completed within 2 working days of receipt of your parcel. In any case, we will notify you by sms once the process has been completed.

Please keep in mind that the appearance of the amount on the credit / debit card always depends on the issuing bank and usually takes 2-4 business days from receiving the sms for completing our actions.

jdsports.gr reserves the right to reject returns sent or notified after the return period or returns of items not in the same condition as when shipped from our premises or returns of products without the completed product return form and refunds of items (underwear, underwear & socks) that for hygienic reasons cannot be returned to our warehouse.
