Which payment methods does jdsports.gr have?

3 interest-free payments, with Klarna: We’ve partnered with Klarna to give you a better shopping experience. plit your purchase into 3 interest-free payments so you can spread the cost of your purchase over time. The first payment is taken when the order is processed and the remaining 2 payments are automatically taken every 30 days from a bank account, a credit or debit card of your choice. With Klarna, you have the flexibility to shop without added interest.

Cash-on-delivery: The payment is made upon delivery by Geniki taxidromiki Post office (charged +1,5€, orders over 399€ do not support this payment method)

Note: Payment to the distributor can only be made in cash.

PayPal: Immediately after you confirm your order, you will be automatically signed in with your PayPal account to complete the process.

Credit / Debit Card: Fill in your credit / debit card / Visa / Mastercard details safely and return to our site to complete your order entry.

Google Pay: Pay safely and faster with just a few clicks. At checkout, tap the Google Pay button. If asked, choose a payment method and enter your shipping address. Confirm your order!

Apple Pay: You can use Apple Pay to pay online in Safari or through apps with just a few clicks when you see Apple Pay as a payment option. Tap the Apple Pay button or choose Apple Pay as your payment method. To pay with a different card, tap the Next button or the Expand Menu button next to your default card. If necessary, enter your billing, delivery and contact information. Apple Pay stores that information, so you won't need to enter it again. Confirm the payment with one of the available authentication services.When your payment is successful, you'll see ‘Done’ and a tick on the screen.

Secure Payment by Card and in Telephone Orders (Payment Links by Cardlink): Now for orders by phone/e-mail/chat you can complete them safely, with just one click through Cardlink's service! We give you a special link, which automatically takes you to the Cardlink payment environment, you fill in your details and the transaction is completed. For telephone purchases with prepaid credit card thanks to the Cardlink service, there is the possibility of 2 to 6 interest-free installments for all orders with a total value of products of €50 or more.

Can I request an invoice instead of a proof of retail?

Yes, by selecting an invoice version in Step 1 at Checkout.

Why was my credit / debit card not accepted?

If your bank declined the transaction, one of the following may occur:

1. The card may have expired. Check the expiration date of your card.

2. You have exceeded your credit / daily card transaction limit.

3. You have entered an incorrect item.

4. You have not filled in all the necessary fields correctly.

5. Poor internet connection during check by the bank.

6. Unsuccessful 3D secure verification process. You can read more about this process for Visa cards here and for Mastercard here.

Contact your bank, maybe try a different card or choose another payment method!


Is it safe to use my credit / debit card on your website?

Yes, the data is transmitted in encrypted SSL format. For Visa and Mastercard payment, only Ces (Secure e-Commerce) transactions are accepted. The system will contact the bank that issued the card so that the buyer approves the payment. Once the identification process is complete, the charge will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled.

Is online shopping at jdsports.gr safe?

How can I place my order online?

Choose a category (JD Only, Men's, Women's, Kids', Accessories, Sports, Brands, Collections) and by using the search filters on the left, you can find the product you want. If you know the product code, simply type it in the search section.

1. Click on the product and you will be taken to its page. You will find product details, size guide, images as well as any other colorways. Choose the size that suits you and Add to Cart. You can proceed by registering your order or repeat the process and continue shopping!

2. Select one of the pickup methods in Step 1 and fill in your details.

3. Select in Step 2 one of the available payment methods: Cash On Delivery, Payment through Cardlink, Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay or Klarna.

3. Then click to complete your order! You will soon receive a confirmation email with the details and your order number!


Can I place my order via a phone call?

Of course! We have the steps ready for your:

1. Call our Customer Service at 2811 808 889 (it would be ideal to know the product code you wish to order), Monday-Friday 09:00 - 21:00 and Saturday 09:00 - 20:00, except bank holidays.

2. Our representative will ask some questions about your details. You will be asked about your full name, full postal delivery address, a contact telephone number, preferably a mobile phone, and the payment method you want to choose between a cash deposit or payment through Cardlnik

3. You will soon receive a text message with the details and your order!


Could I order via Facebook / Instagram / email / contact form?

Of course! The process is very simple and we have the steps ready for your:

Send us your message / email or fill out the contact form indicating that you wish to order and give us the following information.

1. Product code, color, and size

2. Your name and surname

3. Postal address

4. Telephone, preferably mobile

5. Payment method by choosing between a cash deposit or payment through Cardlink.

We will call or reply to your message / email in order to confirm your order. You will soon receive a text message with the details and your order!


Can I remove / cancel a product from my order?

Yes! From the shopping cart you can remove the products you do not want before you complete the order. If you have already completed it, then contact our customer service team!


Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order by sending an email / message via Facebook / Instagram / contact form with the order code and the cancellation order or contacting our customer service team.
