2. Fill out your return request online by selecting "Return to Locker BOXNOW" and follow the steps to choose the option that suits you.
3. Print the voucher you will receive upon completing your request and attach it to the parcel you are returning.
4. Visit the locker you selected, enter the code you will find on the voucher and in our message, and carefully place your parcel in the locker that opens. .
