All online orders can be returned for free within 30 days of the date of purchase either from your own comfort, a JD Store & Courier location which suits you best.

You have to fill out the online return form and follow the steps bellow

2. Choose the product(s) that you want to return

3. Geniki Taxidromiki’s representative will arrive to you within the next 48 hours to pick up your parcel.

Are you near a JD Sports store? Returns are just as easy!

1. Visit your nearest JD Sports store, with the product(s) you wish to return followed by the receipt. 

2. Choose the tour new fit’ you want to exchange. 

3. Continue to the checkout point and pay the amount difference between both prices.

By filling out the return form you received with your parcel, you can return your product quickly by following these simple steps:
